Orders and acceptance
Adding products to the cart does not reserve stock. An order is accepted after successful payment and our confirmation of product availability and delivery serviceability. We may decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable product, unsafe delivery conditions or suspected misuse, with a refund where payment was received.
Prices and quantities
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and products are offered in the pack weights displayed on the website. The website recalculates product totals on the server before creating a payment order. Delivery charges are shown separately before payment.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Cashfree through its hosted checkout. Sadhu Sweets does not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords. A payment is treated as successful only after server-side confirmation from the payment provider.
Product information
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Handmade sweets may show natural variation in colour, size, garnish and presentation. Customers must inform us of relevant allergies before ordering; our kitchen handles milk, nuts, gluten and other common allergens.
Customer responsibility
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and follow storage instructions appropriate to perishable products. The website and its content may not be misused, copied for commercial purposes or used to attempt fraudulent transactions.
