Serviceability
Delivery is available only to serviceable Indian PIN codes. Product availability may vary by destination, weather and the shelf life of the selected sweet. If we cannot safely fulfil a paid order, we will contact the customer and issue a full refund.
Charges
A delivery charge of ₹100 applies when the product subtotal is below ₹600. Delivery is free when the product subtotal is ₹600 or more. Any exceptional long-distance or special-handling requirement will be confirmed before fulfilment.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment and availability confirmation. Delivery commonly takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier service. Festival demand, weather or courier disruption may cause delays.
Receiving the parcel
Please provide a complete address and reachable mobile number. Inspect the parcel promptly on delivery and refrigerate or consume products according to the product’s nature. For a damaged, leaking or incorrect parcel, contact us within 24 hours with the order reference and clear photographs.
