Information we collect
When you place an online order, we collect the customer name, mobile number, optional email address, delivery address, PIN code, selected products, order value and payment status. We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
How we use information
Information is used to create and verify orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Payment and service providers
Cashfree processes online payments. Delivery and communication details may be shared with courier or logistics partners only as necessary to fulfil an order. WhatsApp links open a third-party service subject to its own privacy terms.
Analytics
We use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand website visits, product interest and checkout performance. We do not deliberately send customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses or payment credentials to these analytics services. Checkout fields and the private order dashboard are masked from Clarity recordings. These services may use cookies or similar technology according to their own policies and browser settings.
Retention and security
Order information is retained only as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and legal records. We use access controls and secure payment-provider checkout, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, email contact@sadhusweets.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
